Grind and Overlay is an alternative to total removal and replacement. We can grind and profile your existing asphalt down 1 to 2 inches to maintain proper elevations. For example: curb height, proper water flow, and a flush surface where asphalt meets concrete or existing flow line are all preserved when grinding down the existing asphalt. Next, we apply a tack coat and machine pave your new overlay to look like a brand new surface, all while maintaining proper elevations.
